Our team verifies your request details, payment record, and service progress. We may contact you for additional information if required. Evaluation (Up to 10 Business Days)

Refund Processing Time

If your refund is approved, we will initiate the payment return within 30 business days from the date of approval. The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer). Depending on the payment provider, it may take additional processing time before the refund reflects in your account.
