Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances can change. Please review our cancellation terms below:

Before Project Commencement:

If a project is cancelled within 12-24 hours before any work has started, a full refund of the deposit will be issued, minus any administrative or transaction fees.

After Project Has Started:

• If a project is cancelled after work has begun but is less than 50% complete, a partial refund may be issued, based on the amount of work completed and resources allocated.

• If the project is 50% or more complete, the deposit becomes non-refundable.

Client-Initiated Delays or Abandonment

• If the client fails to respond or provide required materials for more than 14 consecutive days, the project may be paused or cancelled. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

Client Responsibilities:

The client agrees to:

• Provide all required materials, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner.

• Ensure all content provided is legally owned or licensed.

Service Delivery Policy

Service Scope:

All services provided will be based on the package selected by the client (e.g., Basic Website – $199 or Full-Service Website – $499), and any additional custom requests agreed upon in writing.

Each project will include a detailed outline of deliverables, timelines, and terms of service before work begins.

At DnZies, we are committed to providing high-quality digital services with transparency, efficiency, and professionalism. The following policy outlines how our services are delivered and what clients can expect during the process.

Turnaround Time

• Basic Website Package ($199): Estimated delivery within 10-15 business days from the date of receiving all required materials.

• Full-Service Website Package ($499): Estimated delivery within 15-20 business days from the date of receiving all required materials and the initial consultation.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery, clients are expected to provide:

• Complete content (text, images, logo, etc.)

• Access to domain/hosting (if applicable)

• Timely feedback and approvals during the revision process

Delivery & Final Handoff

Upon project completion:

• The website will be uploaded to your hosting account (or delivered in a zip file upon request).

• Login credentials and documentation (if applicable) will be provided.

• You will receive final confirmation that the project is complete.

Support After Delivery

We offer optional website maintenance and technical support plans for continued updates, backups, or troubleshooting after delivery. Unless otherwise stated, post-delivery support is not included in one-time packages.
