Welcome to DNZIES These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Intellectual Property:

All materials created during a project (including designs, code, and content) remain the property of DNZIES until full payment has been received. Upon final payment, ownership will be transferred to the client.

Revisions:

We offer a limited number of revisions per service. Additional revisions will be charged as per our rate card or written agreement.

Confidentiality

All information shared during the project will be treated as confidential. We will not disclose or reuse your project data without your permission.

Client Responsibilities:

The client agrees to:

Provide all required materials, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner.
Ensure all content provided is legally owned or licensed.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances can change. Please review our cancellation terms below:

Before Project Commencement:

If a project is cancelled within 12-24 hours before any work has started, a full refund of the deposit will be issued, minus any administrative or transaction fees.

After Project Has Started:

If a project is cancelled after work has begun but is less than 50% complete, a partial refund may be issued, based on the amount of work completed and resources allocated.
If the project is 50% or more complete, the deposit becomes non-refundable.

Client-Initiated Delays or Abandonment

If the client fails to respond or provide required materials for more than 14 consecutive days, the project may be paused or cancelled. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
